For only £5 per month, I offer a full hour of guided self improvement exercises every single morning. In addition, you will also be able to access more detailed tutorial videos and our Facebook community. I present *live in the private Facebook group from 5am to 6am and the recording is available straight afterwards for those watching later.
My intention, is to give you an alternative to doom scrolling in the morning. Furthermore, I aim to give you the very best start to your day by:
Removing negativity such as fear, anxiety and worry
Helping you clearly define your goals in all areas of your life
Increasing positivity with affirmations, gratitude exercises and a focus on self love
With daily repetition, it is possible to rewire our negative thought patterns and create positive ones. By actively choosing to love and enjoy our lives and to be grateful at all times, no matter what is happening around us, negative moments will reduce and positive ones will increase. And those things that we desire most, will come to us quickly. There is more to it, of course, but that is why I have an hour of exercises daily to make sure we are maximising our chances of staying as high vibration as possible.
I have tried to make this programme 'as easy as doom scrolling' by hosting early in a private Facebook group so the sessions are there in the morning as soon as you wake up. You just need to watch or listen to the session and jot your notes down as you go. By keeping your pen and paper near the bed, you could do a full hour of self improvement before you even get up!

*there will be 20 live sessions per month and the remaining 10 or 11 will be recorded sessions uploaded at the same time of 5am. Generally, it will be live on Mondays to Fridays with the exception of annual leave and technical issues. Exercises will generally be pre recorded for the weekends and loaded in the Facebook private members page at 5am each day.
This programme is meant for those people who recognise that improving our mindset is a worthwhile thing to do and want to practice it more, but also for those who have not managed to find a routine yet which works for them.
It is also good for those who are interested in manifestation and want to create success in one or in many areas of their life.
This programme can be very effective for anyone who feels like they may be facing challenges in life and wants to overturn their bad luck or negative patterns. It can help with depression, anxiety, grief, low self esteem and other low vibration emotional states.
If the thought of doing affirmations, meditation or writing down what you are grateful for anything brings on a feeling of horror, contempt, disgust, repulsion, irritation or confusion, please move away quickly, this is definitely not for you.
If you are already mastering a lot of these techniques in your day to day life, this also may not be for you. It is tailored for the masses of people who are starting to turn to these techniques rather than for those who have been practising for years.
If you have chronic, complex or acute mental health or trauma related issues, or are dealing with matters which require safeguarding intervention, this programme may be too general to address your specific needs. We recommend that you seek out a specialist who can work with you on a one to one basis to ensure you get help tailored to your specific condition.
Hi, I'm Lisa Hogarth, I'm a forty something mum to 2 wonderful kids and a passionate advocate of positive mindset exercises. My background is in social housing however my own struggles with mental health and depression following my brothers suicide in 2017 have lead me to explore all things mind related.
After trying many mental health improvement methods, I stumbled across manifestation techniques including meditation, gratitude, affirmations, visualisation, scripting and so many more. Not only could they pull me out of a depression when I focused intensely on them, but they were also creating huge changes in my life with little direct effort required from me.
After realising how hugely beneficial they were, I wrote down a list of the ideal combination of exercises I needed to work on daily to keep a healthy brain. Exercises that would remove or reduce negativity, increase positivity and self love and also goal setting for the different areas of my life.
Despite my huge love for these techniques, I often struggled to maintain the regular practice that I so desperately needed. I think there are many people out there who love the idea of meditating or doing gratitude work etc daily, but who just cannot get into a solid routine with it. And yet, it is daily practice that is required in order to rewire the brain.
I set out to find an accountability buddy or a coach who might be running something similar to what I had designed but all I found were apps or coaching relating to just one or maybe 2 aspects. I became so passionate about these exercises and had such a strong belief that many others could benefit from them too, that I left for 20 plus year career to focus on getting these exercises out to anyone who wanted to try them.
So here we are, I really hope this programme can give you a great start in the morning whilst helping you to become the very best version of you. I'll be doing every single exercise along with you every day, that's how much I believe in them!

You will get access to the members only Facebook group which is where all of the live and recorded sessions are broadcast from and where previous sessions are saved. As there is a fresh recording every single day, you get 30/31 recordings for £5 per month which equates to less than 17p per hour of content. You also get additional videos and resources within the Facebook group which provide further guidance and insight to help you craft your perfect life and version of yourself.
You should have a pen and paper handy for when we do the exercises although typing notes into your phone or laptop is also fine. Having a dedicated journal is a good idea but not essential, any paper or notepad will do. Other than that, the main requirement to create the very best version of you, is your time, effort and imagination.
5am is way too early for me, can I watch it later?
Yes of course, the 5am time was decided upon because this was designed to be an alternative to doom scrolling and so many of us wake up ahead of our alarm and reach for the phone. This often means we start the day having been triggered by negative news or social media posts and adverts which remind us of what we lack. The 5am start gives a positive alternative but as the recording of the 5am to 6am session is saved in the same private Facebook group as the live session, it can be accessed anytime from just after 6am so you can watch the recording at your leisure at 6.30am, 9.30am after the school run, over your lunch break or even in the evening as part of a relaxation routine before bed.
This programme is all about self improvement, self love and creating the life that you really want. Every single element of this programme is designed to improve your chances of success in these areas. An hour a day may seem like a big commitment, but the commitment is to yourself. We have also designed the programme so that you can listen along and do the exercises while you are relaxing in bed. Ask yourself how much time you spend scrolling through your phone during a typical day and you will see that there may be times that you could dedicate to your own self improvement rather than giving your attention to whatever an algorithm has chosen for you. Nonetheless, if you only dedicated 2 hours per week on these exercises, you can still achieve far more positive results than you would if you weren't doing any.
As the live session starts at 5am, the assumption is that most people joining would be still in their pyjamas and they would still have sleepy brain fog so cameras and microphones are set to off. If anyone wants to add any comments or questions to the chat facility on the live session, I will check all of the chat following the session and respond then. As we intend to get through a lot of exercises in order to get the most out of the hour, the session is intended to move from one exercise to another at a fair pace and interaction would slow that down. This might change over time if the community are vocal and really want a much more interactive experience however at the outset, it is intended as a non interactive hour of exercises; with a chat facility and Facebook community which can be interactive.
By doing exercises daily such as positive affirmations and gratitude work, we are using the brains neuroplasticity to completely rewire negative neural circuitry. Daily repetition will get the best results however we know how demanding life can be so this programme has been created in a way that allows you to watch recordings at a time and pace that suits you. The recordings are available within the members only Facebook group for several weeks so you can binge watch a few together if you have a spare evening or afternoon, you can watch them in the evening rather than the morning or you can just watch them occasionally when you have some free time. Doing these exercises occasionally, is better than doing none at all.
For such a long time I have been a huge fan of meditating, gratitude exercises, saying positive affirmations and so many other positive mindset techniques but I really struggled to remember to do them. I just couldn't get into a regular routine and could go weeks before I remembered to do them again. This programme has been created so that you either get a notification to join the live session or when you start to scroll on Facebook, the session is there for you to watch. You can opt to watch it or opt to ignore it but it is designed to make it very easy for you to put the work in and make your life better. The full hour is guided so you only need to focus on getting clarity on what you want, the rest is a case of following along with the instructions.
My idea of a perfect start to the day would involve physical exercise / reading / a walk outside etc
We accept that exercise is a fantastic way to start the day, as is a great nutritional breakfast, or learning something new but we haven't included exercise, or some of the other suggestions because there are already so many fantastic resources to tap into. The intention of this programme is to provide an alternative to doom scrolling, so in theory, all of the exercises can be done without leaving your bed. Exercise, breakfast, a great coffee, etc will require getting up so don't fit so neatly into the original intention. Also, there are so many different exercise options available that people can choose what suits their level of fitness and needs and if they wanted to watch this recording after they have exercised, there's no reason why they can't.
I have had a number of people ask me if I would be including other wellbeing or spiritual related topics such as yoga, nutrition, weight loss, reiki, crystals etc but again, there are many sources readily available for these topics so I hadn't intended to delve into them. However, there may be occasions where I would refer to them or discuss them. The main focus of the programme remains on mindset exercises and in raising our vibration.
£5 seems really cheap for that amount of content, why is it so cheap?
Whilst creating this and whilst testing this, I have been asked so many times, why is it so cheap? People have suggested that I charge at least £10 per month, or £15 per month. But I am sticking rigidly to £5, my reasons are that this needs to be affordable to the people who need it the most. In the UK right now, we have never found life less affordable, mortgages, rent, electricity, inflation on food and petrol, millions of people are squeezed more than they have ever been before. And it is those people who are financially squeezed, that need it so much more than people who are financially comfortable. They need to know that there is a way to change their financial circumstances, without going out and working like a dog for a few extra pounds. By completing these exercises daily, focusing on what they want to bring into their lives and keeping a positive and grateful mindset, they can make it happen without having to figure out how its coming in. Thankfully the universe is great at figuring it out on our behalf, and if we do need to do some work for it, we're given the intuition, instinct and drive to do the actions, without it feeling like a huge effort. The daily exercises are designed to help you figure out exactly what you want, remove blockages which might prevent it coming in, then take us out of a negative vibration and into a positive one in order to fully attract our wishes.
